While thieves remain a constant thorn in our side, remain vigilant for one in particular—the criminal known as Magpie Ravik. This person continues to elude all attempts to apprehend them despite significant efforts. Interrogations of local reprobates revealed little descriptive information. Only two details are certain:

1. The subject is likely female, but of unknown age.
2. The subject steals at random, with no concern for the value of the object.

Disregard any rumors that this individual is just a story told to the gullible. Magpie Ravik exists and has stolen valuables that belong to respected merchants and important nobles.
