Entry 1

Our exploration of the vault continues. I have yet to discover exact dimensions for the space due to its shifting properties, though some segments appear easier to reach than others. This section here I have decided to call the Nexus. There are at least three distinct sections easily accessible from this grand foyer. I have heard stories of other sections. I have even seen objects that supposedly originated in more remote rooms. But every attempt to reach beyond the accessible halls from this area has ended in failure.

Entry 2

Our party remains determined to crack the secrets of this place. Mathias is convinced the treasures we have discovered are only a fraction of the vault's contents. He thinks the true treasures are still locked away. I remain skeptical these treasure hoards even exist. But I must admit the orrery is a compelling apparatus. Its purpose may be unclear, but it's undeniably connected to the vault itself. I have almost completed my repairs to its framework. Perhaps with it we will finally move past the initial halls into the further reaches of the vault.

Last Entry

The orrery is almost functional. There is, however, tension within the group. My explorers are afraid of the mercenaries Mathias brought with him. They have been helpful so far, but my colleagues overheard them talking about a secret plan. I tried to warn Mathias, but he laughed at me. He said they don't have the capacity to outsmart us even if they were planning something. Still, I plan to keep an eye on them.
