The Grasp of the Stricture has put forth the following rules applicable in the Night Market:
1. Factions reserve the right to refuse any pledges for any reason.
2. No changing factions. Individuals that pledge fealty to a faction will represent them for the duration of the Night Market.
3. Inter-faction violence, violence between rival factions, or violence perpetrated by or against unmoored individuals is strictly prohibited.
- Addendum: One-on-one duels between consenting parties are permitted.
- Second Addendum: Wagers on the outcomes of said duels are permitted.
4. Sabotage of your current faction, of rival factions, or of the independent affairs of the unmoored is forbidden. The Grasp of the Stricture will arbitrate on what constitutes sabotage on a case-by-case basis.
5. A Joint Faction Fund managed by the Grasp of the Stricture will be funded in equal part by all factions to offer rewards for miscellaneous tasks beneficial to all factions. This includes but is not limited to: enclave supplies and repairs, discovery of missing persons and retrieval of remains, Curator salary, recruit benefits, and other mercenary services as agreed upon by the factions.
In accordance with the ancient pact of the Night Market factions, and due to districts being understood as alternate versions of Fargrave from different fatelines, the Night Market falls under jurisdiction of the Grasp of the Stricture if and when it manifests into being.

PUNISHMENT FOR BREAKING THESE RULES WILL BE DETERMINED BY GRASP OF THE STRICTURE REPRESENTATIVES BASED ON THE SEVERITY OF THE CASE.
