I absolutely thought I was being hazed when I read the description of what I’d been sent from Solitude. And yet, though this is a vessel without dignity it is chock full of meaning. Close examination reveals pipes once connected its interior to a larger system. Tonal calibration or sanitation?

The Dwemer created for the love of the act itself. As best I can tell this artifact literally blurred the line between the mechanical and the deeply personal. Fascinating to think that in their hands even a simple chamberpot may have been part of an equation we can’t fully understand.
