I have news about Tashmin, at last, When we talked of him, you were worried that he had been bitten by skooma in a way that would be unusual for those of your race. Using that knowledge, I have searched for skooma users and skooma dens. I have been in Skywatch, in Auridon, when my luck turned. I spotted two skooma users in the market area of Skywatch, celebrating with others. One was Khajiit, and I heard his companion, a Breton woman, call him"Tash".

I kept an eye on them, with plans to approach them in a less public area. Unfortunately, before I could do that, your son was suddenly accosted by two people and dragged off. They were bounty hunters of some sort, but he was yelling that he has never been to Vvardenfell, for whatever crime they claimed he committed.

His companion ran off, and I have not seen her again, though the vendors say it is likely she will return to her spot under the bridge in a few days. As for the men who dragged off your son, I believe they are House Dres bounty hunters, who grab unsuspecting Khajiit and claim them as stolen property being returned. Likely they bribed the Skywatch guard captain to look the other way.

I have been called away from Skywatch on urgent Mage Guild business, and am only dashing this note off to you in the hopes that you can enlist some help and track down your son before he is taken away by the Dres bounty hunters.
